Function rooms

The kitchen at Water’s Edge House is fantastically equipped with a full array of utensils, crockery and glasses for any occasion and an American style fridge freezer. The island serves as the most casual space or dining – maybe for the early risers in your group but also offers enough space for cooking up a storm.

The comfortable reception room provides ample space for all your guests across multiple large sofas and arm chairs to unwind and relax with plenty of modern fittings. The space opens onto the garden through large French doors allowing plenty of light into the room. On sunny days these could be kept open but for colder days you can rest here in front of the fire and socialise with your loved ones.

There are two more large dining tables – one in the conservatory and the most formal in a separate dining room, comfortably seating all your guests and both with lovely garden views.

Bedrooms

Water’s Edge House is perfect for an array of different groups as the venue provides different options for sleeping arrangements. Bedroom 1 has 2 single beds, bedrooms 2 and 4 have a super king sized bed. Bedroom 6 has 2 single beds, bedroom 3 has 3 single beds and bedroom 5 sleeps 4 guests in single beds sleeping 15 comfortably.

Extras

We love Water’s Edge House as it is only a short walk to local amenities such as the local village pub and coffee shops (should you want to leave to cottage…). The village has a strong sailing and boating scene as it’s one of the few all tides boat launch areas and the house is close to the harbour for never-ending exploring. The blue flag beach is only 5 minute drive away – whatever the weather. We think nothing beats fish and chips by the coast.
