1. Do you take provisional bookings?
No, we don’t take provisional bookings. This rule is in place to help avoid issues such as double bookings etc.

2. What are the payment terms?
The payment Terms & Conditions depend on the venue. The majority of our venues require 25% -50% to confirm the booking with full payment 10 weeks in advance.

3. What are the payment details?
We accept payments via debit or credit card (not Amex), or via online bank transfer (BACS). We don’t take payment via cheque or cash.

4. What is your cancellation policy?
We have a strict but fair cancellation policy. Once you had a confirmed booking you are entitled to pay for the full booking, balance included. If you want to cancel, we will put the dates back online, and if we re-sell it, give you offer a 100% refund (minus any discounts given). If we don’t manage to re-sell it you are liable for the full payment.

5. What is the security deposit?
This is taken by each owner directly before your arrival. This is in case of any damages that are made whilst at the venue. The deposit could be from £200 – £3000 depending on the venue.

6. Is one night possible?
Unfortunately, most of our venues don’t offer 1 night stays during the weekend, but it is more commonly possible at some venues during the mid-week. If you’re looking for a 1 night, simply give us a call and we can inform you which venue would allow it.

7. Are Stag and Hen groups possible?
Many of our venues we welcome stag and hen groups, but please check on the venue profile as not all do.

8. Are dogs allowed?
Most venues allow dogs, but please check on the venue profile. Often there is a surcharge due to the extra cleaning costs.

9. Do you have accessible venues for wheelchair users?
As a number of our venues are rather old and historic unfortunately they weren’t built with wheel chair users in mind. But we do have wheelchair accessible properties, so please call us to ask and we’ll be happy to answer your questions.

10. Are day guests welcome?
At most of our venues day guests are welcome, but please check with us. Please note that there is often a surcharge for day guests.

11. Can we erect tents or marquees?
Some of our venues you can have tents or marquees on, but please ask before to check. Sometimes you will need your marquee provider to check the land to make sure it is suitable.

12. What is the arrival and departure time?
Each venue is different, but as a general rule check in is at 4pm and out at 10am. Please check with the venue specifically.
