Reception Rooms

This Devon manor house features two lovely reception rooms, one of which features a wooden table for 24 guests. It also comes with floor-to-ceiling windows through which you can enjoy views of the surrounding picturesque grounds. The second lounge is perfect to gather your group for a cozy night in. It features a crackling open fireplace – perfect for those storytelling nights with some hot chocolate.

If you choose to prepare your own meals during your holiday or special event, the home cooks in the group will love the fully-equipped kitchen that features everything you would need to prepare a restaurant-quality dish. You can enjoy this all together on the large dining table for 24 guests. If you would rather relax and not worry about cooking, you can also hire catering services that the owners will gladly recommend.

Bedrooms

The 7 generously-proportioned en-suite bedrooms spread across Victorian Rectory and The Granary can accommodate 14 guests. The bedrooms are located in the Main House and are on the 2 upper floors, including a kid’s room on the top floor with 3 smaller beds.

There’s one additional double bedroom in the cottage and one in the studio (both on two levels) available for overflow. These are suitable for 2 each.

Entertainment

Take a dip in the solar-heated outdoor swimming pool or start a tennis tournament in the all-weather tennis court, this holiday home near Exeter comes with both. Additionally, there is a games room with a snooker table as well as a croquet lawn. Victorian Rectory is also a child-friendly accommodation and comes with a treehouse which would be a haven for the young ones to explore. There is also high-speed WiFi in case you want to finish off some work.

This holiday home in Exeter is ideal for corporate events like conferences, product launches, training programs or team building events. Delegates can come together at Victorian Rectory which will provide lovely spaces for creative brainstorming and discussions. There is a large outdoor table where you can carry out your meetings or conferences. The dining table also works well as a conference table. In your free time, you will have access to plenty of entertainment including tennis, swimming, yoga, and a snooker table. Victorian Rectory is partially accessible. This house to rent near Glastonbury has previously used ramps in the studio and cobbled rooms, but cannot be classified as totally accessible because of the gravel paths.
