The entire living space is open-plan, seamlessly blending the kitchen with the dining area and sitting room space. Featuring soft beige walls and a gabled ceiling, this room is truly spacious and perfect for spending time with your fellow guests. Those on cooking duty can easily engage with the rest of the group while preparing meals, while those just relaxing can do so on the luscious sofas directly next to the kitchen. This wonderful space leads out to a large balcony with a BBQ and a picnic table. This spot is perfect for enjoying some al-fresco dining, overlooking the Dartmoor National Park.

Some noteworthy features of this house are its toasty log burner and smart TV. While the balcony serves as a wonderful spot to enjoy on warmer days, the TV and log burner creates a wonderfully cosy spot to curl up and watch a movie. Being particularly well suited to family holidays, this is particularly ideal. Children can watch a movie under supervision while parents prepare meals in the kitchen. When food is ready, it’s an easy shift from the sitting room area to the dining table close by.

Bedrooms:

Tulip Cottage features a total of three bedrooms: a master bedroom, a twin room, and a twin bunkroom. The bedrooms are arranged as follows:

Bedroom 1 offers a luxurious super king bed and enough room to accommodate a cot if needed. This room includes access to a cosy patio and offers an en suite shower room equipped with a toilet, a small hand basin, and a heated towel rail.

Bedroom 2 is a slightly smaller room that contains two single beds. It is possible to fit a cot in this room if required, though this is only advised if the twin beds are not in use.

Bedroom 3 is designed as a twin bunkroom, with L-shaped cabin beds. This room is suitable exclusively for children under the age of 12. If neither of the beds is occupied, there is enough space to place a cot in this room as well.
