St Edmunds Manor

Function Rooms:

The main house of St Edmunds Manor boasts the largest reception room with seven comfortable sofas providing enough space for all your guests. This expansive holiday house, conveniently situated near Cambridge, offers a period style wood-beamed ceiling, and three generous windows that allow plenty of light.

Connected to the main reception room is a smaller more intimate sitting room and the Manor's principal dining room, accessible through a glass door. Situated at the front of the house, the dining room creates an orangery-style ambiance and is furnished with two substantial tables, accommodating up to 24 guests.

The games room is complete with a snooker table, chess, board games, and Sky TV complete with HD, Kids and Entertainment Packages which is separate to the main accommodation allowing guests to hang out and play whilst not disturbing the other guests.  

In addition, a full BBQ is available to use for self-catering events, with plenty of space to relax on a summer’s evening, St Edmunds Manor provides the perfect backdrop for a countryside escape. A hot tub and large fire pit can also be arranged throughout your stay at an additional cost.

Bedrooms:

The main house consists of seven bedrooms, of which there are three twin bedrooms, three king double bedrooms, and one standard double bedroom. With a further two bedrooms, one twin and one king double, provided in the guest house – the Gardener’s Cottage. All bedrooms benefit from private en-suite bathrooms.

The layout of St Edmunds Manor makes it a perfect venue for hosting your corporate away days as the 9 en-suite bedrooms give each guest the comfort and privacy of their own room, bathroom, and space.  The formal seating area is bright and large making it perfect for meetings, collaborations or networking events. 

Extras:

The lovely and historic town of Bury St Edmunds is less than a 15 minute drive away where you can walk through the beautiful Abbey Gardens and explore the remains of the 11th century abbey. There is also a market on Wednesdays and Saturdays in the main square. In terms of accessibility at St Edmunds Manor, the dining room, family room, formal living room and toilet in the main house of St Edmunds Manor are wheelchair accessible. The guest house at St. Edmunds Manor also has two wheelchair-accessible ground-floor bedrooms.
