Sleeping up to 21 guests across ten beautifully appointed bedrooms, Roe Manor offers flexibility for families, friends, and colleagues alike. Seven bedrooms sit on the first floor, while three more are on the second, each tastefully styled with classic furnishings and soft, neutral tones. Several rooms include en-suites, and additional bathrooms ensure convenience for all guests.

First floor:

Bedroom 1 – 1 super-king “zip & link” bed that can be arranged into two singles on request with en-suite

Bedroom 3 –  A spacious, front-facing family room with a super-king “zip & link” bed, which connects with bedroom 4

Bedroom 4 – A large, side-facing room with a super king-sized “zip & link” bed. This room forms part of the family room and connects to bedroom 6

Bedroom 5 – The main/bridal room, a huge, front-facing bedroom with Georgian sash windows and a super king-sized bed.

Bedroom 6 – 1 super king-sized “zip & link” bed and a single bed with en-suite.

Bedroom 7 – 1 super king-sized “zip & link” bed with en-suite

Second floor:

Bedroom 8 – 1 king-sized bed in a room featuring breathtaking views of the lawns and lake.

Bedroom 9 – 1 super king-sized “zip & link” bed.

Bedroom 10 – 1 super king-sized “zip & link” bed and garden views.

Guests have plenty to enjoy both indoors and outdoors. Inside, the games snug features a full-size snooker table and movie area—perfect for evenings in. Step outside, and the tranquil trout lake and expansive lawns invite morning walks, paddleboarding, or relaxed al-fresco dining.
