Following a similar layout to the many family-friendly holiday houses dotted around Primrose Estate, Rosehip Cottage offers a gorgeous, open-plan living and kitchen area with soft beige walls and high, vaulted ceilings. The kitchen is arranged in a compact U shape, leading off to a 6-seater dining table serviced by 4 chairs and a bay window bench. Leading off from the kitchen and dining room, we find the living area, with a selection of 3 plush armchairs, a comfortable sofa, a toasty log burner, and a flat-screen TV for watching movies on rainy days.

The bedrooms are located on the lower floor and are accessible by a staircase that leads off from the entrance to the dining area. Because Rosehip Cottage is a family-friendly venue, the top of the stairs is fitted with an integral stair gate so that parents can relax even with young children around. The living space also connects to an enclosed rooftop patio, with a BBQ for guests to enjoy during the summer months.

Bedrooms:

Rosehip Cottage offers 3 bedrooms, each of varying sizes. The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed and en-suite shower room and a small patio. This room has space for a cot if need be. The second bedroom is a compact twin room, which comfortably sleeps two people. It is possible to add a cot to this room, though it may be a bit of a tight squeeze! The third and final bedroom is a twin bunk room with L-shaped cabin beds. This room is only suitable to under 12’s, and can accommodate a cot if necessary.
