Reception Rooms

Memory Manor features expansive, light-filled reception spaces including a 14 × 7 m living room with bay windows and French doors opening onto the lawns, marble fireplace, and elegant period detailing. A separate study provides a quieter setting with leather sofas and a wood-burner.

Dining & Kitchen

The property offers a large flagstone-floored kitchen with Aga, electric range cooker, custom wood units, and French doors leading to an outdoor patio—ideal for self-catering or catered events.  The adjacent dining room, accessed via a brick arch, features a wood-burner and seats up to 36 guests.

Bedrooms

Memory Manor accommodates up to 35 guests with 10-12 individually styled bedrooms (plus an additional Mews accommodating 2), many with ensuites and some ground floor accessible rooms.

Entertainment

Set on 4.5 acres of grounds in the North Norfolk countryside, the venue offers private lawns and spacious outdoor areas. Inside, a games room and a hot tub deliver strong leisure appeal for groups.
