Function Rooms

Ivy Rose Hall boasts a large open plan kitchen with all amenities you could need throughout your stay including an Aga range oven. There is also a smaller, more casual dining area alongside the kitchen which would be perfect for catching up at breakfast with smaller groups of guests.

In the main dining room which comfortably sits 12, guests will feel like they have gone back in time dining under a large chandelier and hand made fabrics and furnishings. We think there is no better way to socialise than over a lovely meal, served either by the chef in your group or through a third party supplier.  

The drawing room is carefully designed to blend traditional furniture and modern requirements to suit all your guests. The room has 3 large plush sofas and arm chairs and boast a large bay window with views onto the extensive grounds. Another large chandelier hangs in this room alongside vintage art pieces on the wall. To entertain your younger guests, this room also has a large LCD television complete with Netflix and other apps. 

Bedrooms

Home to 5 gorgeous rooms, each offering its own unique and beautiful furniture, as well as the comfiest beds. 

The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with walk in shower, deep bath and a double vanity unit and features.

The East wing suite offers a bedroom, bathroom and sitting room with a queen sized bed panoramic views of the garden

The South wing suite offers a double bed, a dressing room and en-suite bathroom 

The West wing has a king sized bed, an en-suite bathroom and a large chandelier illuminating the room 

The North wing, similar to the West has a king sized bed with a large window and shared en-suite facilities.

Ivy Rose Hall sits on large grounds complete with a children’s playground and a secret garden which is perfect for exploring. The Hall is only 30 minutes away from the famous York Racecourse and provides easy access to the busy cities of Leeds and York for all your shopping desires.
