The Venues:

Greenwood Manor (20)

This vintage house sleeps up to 20 guests in 8 stylish and well-designed bedrooms. The house is accessed via a yew-lined porch, which leads into an oak-panelled hall. Inside, guests are met by a toast fireplace, perfect for gathering around with your fellow guests. The house is uniquely styled, with eclectic furniture complimenting its wood-panelled rooms and oak beam ceilings.

The house consists of:

• 8 bedrooms (3 doubles, 4 single, 4-poster bed, folding z bed, 3 divans, and 4 twin rooms)
• A large wood-panelled dining room which has a warm open fireplace and a dining table. The dining table can seat 12 but could be extended to seat up to 26 guests.
• A TV room, perfect for you and your guests to chill or simply watch some of your favourite shows.
• A vintage kitchen, fully equipped with all the necessary equipment you need. It also includes a microwave, a 4-door oil fired Aga, a huge open working fireplace with the capacity to seat at least 12 people.
• A fun games room with table tennis, football table, badminton rackets and more.
• Full use of a shared indoor swimming pool open all year round
• Full use of a shared jacuzzi

Greenwood Wing (6) 

This self-contained wing is attached to the Manor and can sleep up to 6 guests. This venue is unique thanks to its interconnected rooms and golden-coloured walls. Moreover, it has a large fireplace, accompanied by a wood-burning stove which will give you and your guests the warmth you desire during those colder months. Like the other houses, the wing has access to all of the facilities of the estate.

The wing consists of:

• 2 bedrooms (double divan, and double bed) and two divans that can be used as single beds

Greenwood Oast House (12)

This gorgeous accommodation sleeps up to 12 guests through 4 bedrooms. This exquisite party house offers 2 meeting rooms, one of which is equipped with a TV, comfortable furniture and an open fireplace. The second meeting room has a dining table which seats up to 20 guests and is great for a casual get-together.

• 4 bedrooms (4-poster bed, double bed, 5 singles, divan)
• A private spa bath at the house that seats 4 to 6 people
• Full use of a shared indoor swimming pool
• Full use of a shared jacuzzi
• Unfenced private garden with outside seating facility

Greenwood Cottage (6)

Another cosy and self-sufficient cottage which sleeps up to 6 guests in 2 bedrooms. This country-style cottage has 1 sitting room with an open fireplace, a kitchen, and a dining room. Like all of the other houses, this simple cottage also has access to all of the estate’s facilities.

The house consists of:

• A double bedroom with a (1.37m) double bed
• A twin bedroom with two (91cm) single beds

Reception Rooms

Greenwood Estate welcomes guests with grand reception spaces spread across its historic manor and adjoining buildings. The main drawing room features high ceilings and original timber beams, while multiple lounges and meeting rooms allow groups to gather, socialise, or relax in their preferred setting.

Dining & Kitchen

The estate offers a capacious dining hall for large shared meals and an expansive kitchen designed for group catering or self-catering stays. Guests can move easily between cooking, serving, dining, and outdoor entertaining—especially on warm days when terrace dining becomes a natural extension of the indoor space.

Bedrooms

Accommodating up to 44 guests across 18 well-appointed bedrooms, Greenwood Estate delivers comfort and flexibility for large group events. Each bedroom combines thoughtful furnishings and a distinctive style, while bathrooms are distributed conveniently across the estate to support everyone’s stay.

Entertainment

Entertainment abounds at Greenwood Estate. Guests enjoy a heated indoor swimming pool, two hot tubs, a sauna, games room with table tennis and football, and vast private gardens with lawn space and a tennis court. Whether you prefer relaxation or activity, the estate offers something for every moment.

Weddings:

Greenwood Estate is a fabulous, exclusive wedding estate near London. As the venue comes with a wedding licence, guests are welcome to utilise the dining room in the Manor House as the function room. This chamber has the capacity to cater up to 50 seated people or 70 standing individuals. There is even a beautiful wedding gazebo which is located on the Turtle Lawn, accessible from Greenwood Manor by a wide stone path. The wedding gazebo overlooks the picturesque Wealden landscape and is perfect for idyllic wedding shots. Greenwood Estate also comes with lots of space for a big marquee.
