Function Rooms:

Bradwell Country House oozes comfort which is why in the large living area you will find plush comfortable sofas, armchairs and a fireplace perfect for relaxing with a good book or socialising with loved ones. This space also has large windows allowing plenty of light and the exposed brick around the fireplace will make it feel like a home from home. 

The open plan kitchen and dining room is fully equipped and recently updated with brand new appliances. The large dining table offers ample space for your guests to socialise but could also be used as a conference table for exploring ideas and brainstorming. Whether you cook yourselves or hire a third party supplier to cater, the open place dining area can comfortably accommodate your guests. 

One of the key features at Bradwell Country House which make it stand out is its extensive garden space. The large 8 seater hot tub is available all year round for guests to relax and unwind and the carp pond is situated in the middle of the two acre site (this is fully enclosed with a secure fence). The outside seating terrace and BBQ area offer stunning views of  the garden area and are perfect for hosting on a sunny day. The large wooden bench seating area is perfect for all guests who can enjoy the wildlife and views that the garden offers. 

Bedrooms:

The property layout is superb for groups; some of the rooms are outside the main house in self-contained chalets, giving people their own space with ensuite bathrooms and lovely garden views. The bedrooms are modern and chic and let in plenty of light. In the main house you will find 6 bedrooms – 2 twins, 2 twins or king, 1 single and 1 double. The cabins have 2 bedrooms, x 2 twin rooms that can be changed into king rooms. The chalets offer 6 double bedrooms.

Extras:

As this venue often accommodates corporate groups, 1 night stays are welcome mid-week. Guests often love the proximity to the bustling cities of Essex and London but are glad to be able to escape to the gorgeous countryside to forget about the stress of work life. Majority of groups are accepted at Bradwell and we hope you’ll love it as much as we do.
